Work EnvironmentTM

Is an interview the only way to determine which job candidate best fits your organization and the job description? For companies who want to improve their employee selection process, the DISC/Work Environment is a survey that clarifies job expectations for a particular position. It can be completed by the selection team or anyone who has first hand knowledge of the job, will be working with the employee or will be interviewing candidates for the position. It includes an "If This Job Could Talk" report documenting the job profile and the skills need to perform the job optimally.
 
After the selection team selects the top candidates for the job, individual assessments are conducted and comparison reports of the job and the candidate profiles are reviewed for the best selection.
